Munnar Hills: >Munnar is situated in the Idukki district of Kerala in the concourse of three mountain ranges –Nallathani, Mudrapuzha and Kundala. Munnar is situated 1600m above the ocean level. The tree plantations and the winding lanes are truly a feast for the eye. The climate can be excellent which makes it a favorite hill station in Kerala.


Ramakkalmedu: Ramakkalmedu can be positioned in Idukki district. This place is fabled for the green hills and fresh air. Additionally it provides a panoramic view of the towns and villages of the nearby state of Tamil Nadu. It’s situated at a height of 3500ft above the ocean level.



Rajamala: It’s another hill station positioned in the Idukki district. It’s far away of 15km from Munnar. This place may be the natural habitat of mountain goats named Nilgiri Tahr. It can be an endangered species and 50% of the entire world population of the species is in Rajamala.


Wagamon: Wagamon can be positioned in Idukki district over the border of the nearby district Kottayam.  It’s also known as the Scotland of Asia. The climate here’s very cool and the temperature ranges between 10 and 25 degrees in a summer day. It is found at a height of 1100m above the ocean level. We are able to also see large kinds of orchids and other kinds of flowers in wagamon. This place also offers amenities for adventurous tourism like trekking, mountaineering and paragliding.


Pullumedu: pullumedu is situated in Idukki.  The velvet lawns and rare species of animals and plants attract tourists to the place. The famous Hindu temple Sree Ayyappa Temple of Sabarimala can be viewed out of this hilltop.


Vandanmedu: This can be a village in Idukki district. This small place is the greatest producer of cardamom in the world. You will see lots of cardamom plantations it’s really refreshing to have a walk through these plantations.


Vandiperiyar: This can be a town positioned in the Idukki district. You will find several pepper, tea and coffee plantations. The river named Periyar flows through the city and it nourishes most of the plantations within the town.


Pattumala: Pattumala means a mountain wrapped in silk. This hilltop is situated in Peermedu in Idukki.  A popular Christian pilgrim centre, Velankanni matha church is found near this place.



Eravikulam National Park: This is situated in Munnar in Idukki district. It is just a sanctuary for the mountain goats Nilgiri Tahr. Private vehicles are banned in the national park.  The best peak to the south of Himalayas, the Anamudi is found in the park. The visitors are just allowed in the tourist area in the park.
